This light, refreshing salad is a perfect accompaniment to grilled or roasted meats.
1 English cucumber, peeled, and
thinly sliced
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 packet sugar substitute
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss until combined.
